The FBDCA Board and a Policies and Procedures Committee are working to assemble a club governance manual that will contain the policies and procedures that the Board has developed for running our club and its activities. These are consistent with our By Laws and the New York state laws that govern us. This Policies and Procedures Manual will provide a flexible and adaptable operational framework, and will expedite the transition for incoming Boards and Committees.
