Membership  in the FBDCA

 

Membership in the French Bull Dog Club of America is open to persons who are in good standing with the American Kennel Club, Inc. and who subscribe to the purposes of this Club.  Those interested in becoming members are encouraged first to read our club’s Bylaws and Code of Ethics.   More information about types of membership may be found in the Bylaws in Article I  Section 1.

The Membership Process

The membership process consists of several steps:
1) complete the application below being sure to answer ALL questions,
2) have your two sponsors fill out and sign the sponsor questionnaire and send those with your membership application,
3) include a signed, dated Code of Ethics,
4) include a check for $25 made out to “French Bull Dog Club of America” for one membership.

Each person must fill out an application and complete all steps.  (Partners should NOT use a single application.)

Your application will be posted for one month in the Members Section of our website for input from the membership.  After this period your application will be considered at the first quarterly board meeting after the month of posting ends.  Your application is available for review by any FBDCA member in good standing. Letters and comments submitted by members will be reviewed by the Board. You will be notified of the results.

Please NOTE:  To be listed in the Breeder Directory, you must be a member for a minimum of three years and have bred at least one French Bulldog Conformation Champion.
