Membership Application Process
French Bull Dog Club of America
The Membership Process
The Membership Process
For those who are wondering about the pros and cons of membership in a breed club, our President, Jan Grebe, wrote a column on the subject for the Dec. 2008 issue of the AKC Gazette. In it, she discusses what membership in the French Bull Dog Club of America means. You can access a pdf file of that column by clicking Here.
The membership process consists of several steps:
1) complete the application below being sure to answer ALL questions,
2) have your two sponsors fill out and sign the sponsor questionnaire and send those with your membership application,
3) include a signed, dated Code of Ethics,
4) include a check for $25 made out to “French Bull Dog Club of America” for one membership.
Each person must fill out an application and complete all steps. (Partners should NOT use a single application.)
Mail the completed and signed application to

Your application will be reviewed by the Board of Directors and printed in the next quarterly Frenchie Forum for input from the membership. Letters and comments submitted by members will be reviewed by the Board at their next quarterly meeting. The Board will also vote on applications at that meeting. You will be notified of the results.
Please NOTE: To be listed in the Breeder Directory, you must be a member for a minimum of two years and have bred at least one French Bulldog Conformation Champion.
